Exploring a Career in Finance? Start With the Right Mentor.
I'm Tere. Singapore is now a global wealth hub, and it needs a new generation of financial consultants who can serve people of every background. You don't need the experience yet. Bring the humility to learn, the hunger to grow and the willingness to act, and I'll mentor you through the rest.
Singapore Is No Longer Just a Financial Centre for Singaporeans
Singapore now attracts professionals, entrepreneurs, families and capital from across Asia and the world. That's why I believe the future of financial consultancy here will be increasingly multicultural.
Many of today's clients have lives that no single product can answer. Their financial lives are more complex, and they need consultants who understand not only products, but also different cultures, backgrounds and life circumstances.
That's the opportunity I want to build with the next generation.
Not Just Consultants Who Can Sell
I'm building professionals who can confidently advise executives, business owners and families with complex financial lives, starting right here in Singapore.
I've spent years serving people of different nationalities, and I understand what they carry: careers, families and responsibilities that rarely fit in one neat box. I'll bring that experience into how I train, mentor and develop you.
The teacher in me never left. I started out lecturing IT in Manila, and a young consultant took the time to mentor me when I was new to this profession. Now I get to do the same for you. My faith shapes how I serve every client and mentee, and it will shape how I mentor you.

You'll Build Your Practice on Three Foundations
The People Who Thrive in This Profession Share Three Qualities
They don't all come from the same background. What they have in common is how they show up: as students who never stop learning, in a profession where markets, products and clients keep changing.
Stay a student.
The best consultants never stop learning. Every client teaches you something, if you're willing to listen.
- Asking questions before giving answers
- Welcoming feedback, even when it stings
- Learning from people further along the road
Want more, for you and for them.
Growth here is yours to build. The people who go far want more for themselves, and for the families and businesses they serve.
- Setting goals that stretch you
- Investing in your own development
- Seeing every challenge as training
Show up, again and again.
Good intentions don't build a practice. Following through, week after week, is what turns potential into results.
- Keeping promises to clients, big and small
- Doing the work on the days you don't feel like it
- Building habits that grow stronger over time
If you see these qualities in yourself, this profession has room for you to grow. I'd love to provide the mentorship, exposure and environment to help you become more than a financial consultant: a trusted wealth leader who can serve beyond one product and one generation.
This Is a Business You Build, Not a Job You're Handed
Financial consultancy is a regulated profession in Singapore, and you'll need to pass the relevant CMFAS papers before you can practise. It isn't a get-rich-quick opportunity, and I won't pretend it is.
Your income comes from the clients you serve, so it's variable, especially in the first stretch while you build your client base. That stretch takes real effort. Most people who struggle are building alone. You won't be.
Together, we're building a multicultural team with a culture of excellence and growth, one that empowers professionals, families and businesses here in Singapore.

What Joining Actually Looks Like
You Don't Need to Already Be in Financial Consultancy
You may be a banker, a salesperson, a consultant, a property professional or a recent graduate. What matters is who you are, not the title on your last name card.
"I've had the incredible privilege of being mentored by Tere, and I can honestly say her guidance has been one of the most impactful influences on my professional journey. Tere has a unique ability to lead with both wisdom and warmth."

Fair Questions, Honest Answers
No. Financial consultancy in Singapore is a regulated profession. You're licensed to advise clients, not to recruit a downline, and your income comes from client work, not from signing up other people.
Income here is largely commission and revenue based, which means it's variable, especially in the first stretch while you're building your client base. I'd rather tell you that plainly now than let you find out the hard way. I'll walk you through exactly how it works when we talk.
Because most people who leave were building alone, with no structured support when things got hard. That's what I've built differently: mentorship, training and a team around you from day one, not just at onboarding.
You'll need to pass the relevant CMFAS papers before practising, and meet MAS's academic and age requirements. I'll go through the specific papers and timeline with you directly.
Right now, this opportunity is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only, in line with current licensing requirements. If that changes, I'll update this.
Let's Talk
Not a sales pitch. A conversation about where you want your career to go. If you bring the humility, the hunger and the willingness to act, I'd love to meet you.
Beyond Finance. Beyond Generations. Beyond Borders.
