Hi, I'm Tere.
For more than 17 years, I've helped professionals, business owners, and families in Singapore make the financial decisions that shape their futures.
My work goes beyond growing wealth. It's about helping you protect what you've built, create new opportunities, and prepare for what's ahead, with advice that starts with understanding your life.
My Story
If you've ever signed up for a policy without being completely sure what it covers, you're not alone. I've been there too.
I started my career as an IT professor in Manila, teaching while pursuing my Master's in Information Technology. Then an unexpected opportunity came my way: I was recruited by a school in Singapore to teach Programming, and later, Entrepreneurship.
One day, I overheard a friend organising a fundraiser for a colleague who had fallen critically ill. Living far from home, that moment unsettled me deeply.
"What if it were me?"
When I went looking for protection, the only thing I was asked was:
"What's your budget?"
No deeper questions. No tailored advice. I bought the plan anyway, because I needed to start somewhere.
Years later, I looked at that plan with fresh eyes and realised it wouldn't cover me if I got seriously sick. In all that time, no one had ever reviewed it with me.
Most people aren't avoiding financial planning. No one has ever explained it to them properly.
"Lord, what can I do about this? How can I help people in this area?"
The answer came in small, quiet ways, including a coffee with a young consultant who became my first mentor. Just like that, the teacher became the student.
I'm a Financial Consultant representing Finexis, and I lead a team of financial consultants at TGG Partners. My mission hasn't changed:

A Few Things About Me
I spent my early career teaching IT and Entrepreneurship. I still believe education should come before advice.
Even while teaching, I ran small businesses on the side. Education and enterprise have always been two sides of the same dream.
This whole journey began with a prayer. My faith still shapes how I serve every client and mentee.
Outside of work, you'll often find me singing. Music is how I recharge.
